I am unable to upload my files. What am i doing wrong?

There are several issues that can be amiss some of which could be any of the following:

• Ensure you are uploading your files to the right web directory which is inside the public_html folder.If you're sure you're uploading to the right folder to the directory.
• Your account may be out of disk space. To fix this try to delete some unwanted files to free up space or upgrade your account to a higher plan with more disk space
